DIGITAL PORTRAITS
This is a collection of illustrations that I have created whilst experimenting with character design techniques.
I have been starting with very loose brush shapes and then going in and adding features and details and seeing what faces reveal themselves.
Some of them have been based on real people but most of them are from my imagination.
I found that this approach to character design led to more interesting designs rather than trying to draw an entire face with just one brush.
